Technical, on-page and content SEO
Search is the channel where you stop renting attention and start owning it. It is also the channel most commonly sold badly, because it is easy to charge a monthly fee for a report and hard to be held to a commercial outcome. Two things separate SEO that works: it is technical as well as editorial, and someone has the access to actually implement it.
That second point is why we do this differently. Most SEO engagements produce a list of recommendations that then sits in a queue behind a development team's backlog for six months. We can make the changes, because we are the development team.
What's included
Technical SEO
Crawlability and indexing
making sure search engines can reach your pages, and that the ones you do not want indexed are properly excluded rather than quietly competing with the ones you do.
Site architecture and internal linking
so authority flows to the pages that matter commercially, and every important page is reachable in a few clicks.
Core Web Vitals and real performance
load speed, layout stability and interaction responsiveness, measured on a mid-range phone rather than a fast laptop.
Structured data
organisation, service, article, product, breadcrumb, FAQ and review markup, so your results can qualify for richer presentation.
Mobile and rendering checks
verifying that what a crawler sees matches what a user sees, which is where JavaScript-heavy sites commonly fail without anyone noticing.
Multilingual configuration
correct
hreflangpairing between your Arabic and English pages, canonical handling and locale-specific sitemaps, so the two versions strengthen each other rather than compete.Redirects and migrations
the mapping work that stops a replatform or a redesign from erasing years of accumulated ranking.
Log and crawl analysis
for larger sites, to see where crawl budget is actually going.

Content and on-page
- Keyword and intent research — what people search, in which language, and crucially with what intent. A page that ranks for a research query and tries to sell converts nobody.
- A content plan mapped to the funnel, so you have pages for people comparing options and not only pages for people ready to buy.
- Page-level optimisation — titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links and the substance of the page itself, which is what search engines actually assess.
- Content production, written by people who understand the subject, with a review process. Thin pages produced in volume no longer work and now carry a real risk of harming the site.
- Refreshing existing content, which is consistently one of the highest-return activities available and one of the most neglected.
- Cannibalisation cleanup — merging the four near-identical pages that are competing with each other for the same term.
Arabic SEO is its own discipline
Arabic search is not English search with translated keywords, and treating it that way is how a bilingual site ends up ranking in neither language.
The way people phrase a query in Arabic differs from a literal translation of the English term. Search volume distributes differently across formal Arabic and dialect. Many users type Arabic queries in Latin characters, or search in English for a product they will buy in Arabic. Diacritics, hamza spelling variants and the same word written several legitimate ways all fragment the keyword data. And there is generally less competition for well-executed Arabic content, which makes it the cheaper half of the opportunity for anyone willing to do it properly rather than run it through a translation tool.
Off-page, honestly
Authority matters, and it is earned through genuine mentions, partnerships, press, directories that are actually relevant, and content people cite. What we will not do is buy links or place content on link farms. It is against search engines' guidelines, the effect is temporary, and the recovery from a penalty costs far more than the shortcut saved. If a proposal you have received promises a number of links per month, that is what it is describing.
Reporting you can act on
Rankings alone are a vanity metric — position on a term nobody searches is worth nothing. We report on organic sessions to the pages that matter, visibility across your commercial keyword set, conversions and revenue attributed to organic, technical health, and what changed this month and why. Plus what we are doing next, and what we need from you to do it.
On working with Codigoo
They refused to do a big-bang launch, which annoyed me at the time. We traded through the entire migration without a single hour of downtime, so they were right.
Questions we are usually asked
- How long does SEO take?
Technical fixes can show up within weeks. Content and authority typically take months, and a competitive term can take longer than a year. Anyone promising first position in thirty days is either lucky, targeting a term with no demand, or lying. We would rather set the expectation than win the pitch.
- Can you guarantee a ranking?
No, and neither can anyone else — nobody controls the search engine. What we can commit to is the work, the measurement, and honesty about what is and is not moving.
- Will AI-generated content work?
As a drafting tool with real editorial review and subject expertise on top, it is useful. As a way to publish volume cheaply, it is a liability: search engines are explicit about rewarding usefulness rather than production method, and unreviewed generated content is usually neither accurate nor distinctive. We use the tools; we do not ship their output unread.
- What about search inside AI assistants?
Increasingly relevant, and largely aligned with the same fundamentals: clear structure, factual accuracy, content that directly answers a question, and structured data that makes the answer machine-readable. We build pages that read well to both, and we do not treat it as a separate product to sell you.
If you are invisible for the terms your customers use, or a site migration cost you your traffic, a consultation will tell you which of those you can fix and how quickly.
