About the role
You would run design on two or three client projects at a time: discovery workshops, flows, interface design, and the usability sessions that decide what actually ships.
Everything we build is bilingual, Arabic and English, and right-to-left is a first-class layout rather than a mirrored afterthought. If you have not designed for RTL before you would learn it here, but you do need to find that interesting.
You would work in the browser as well as in Figma. We do not hand off static screens and hope.
What we are looking for
- A portfolio of shipped product work, not concept pieces
- Fluent in Figma, and able to read and adjust HTML and CSS
- Have run usability testing with real users and changed your design because of it
- Understand type, spacing and contrast well enough to defend a decision
- Arabic typography experience is a strong advantage
